Founder's Profile
Pratik Maheshwari is the founder of CA Careers India, a platform committed to empowering the CA community. He began his professional journey with RSM India, one of the Big 7 firms, and is currently ongoing his articleship with T R Chadha & Co LLP.
CA Careers India, conceptualized in 2023 and launched in 2025, was born out of Pratik’s personal journey of turning setbacks into opportunities. With a clear vision to support and uplift the CA fraternity, the platform has successfully helped numerous candidates advance in their careers. Pratik’s professional expertise lies in auditing, where he has conducted a wide range of audits for corporate and non-corporate clients. His skills include operations audits, process audits, stock audits, asset tagging, and verification, with experience working for listed and multinational companies.
Currently, Pratik spearheads business development and operations at CA Careers India. We have a team of highly skilled professionals, including experienced Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and specialized consultants with diverse expertise. The platform’s core service is HR recruitment, complemented by secondary professional services tailored to meet client needs. Through his leadership and vision, Pratik continues to drive CA Careers India as a trusted partner in fostering professional growth and success within the CA community
